General Terms & Conditions
Contract: Orders are only accepted upon full payment before the start of the tournament. No pre-order means no guaranteed coverage. If you don't receive a confirmation email, get in contact with me.
Delivery: Standard delivery (photos, video) within 3 weeks via email link. Express delivery for video (3 days) available for double price - only possible for first 15 express orders. Package delivery will be dony by sending a link to the provided email.
Services: For each routine, you may choose between the Photo Package or a Video Reel.
Photos: A selection of the best photos will be done, usually a collection of 30 pictures dependent on the performance. The artists logo will be on it.
Reel / Video: A collection of performance sequences which lasts usually about 30-45s, optimized for social media presentation. If you want your performance music, please send me the mp3 by email.
Refund: Refund will only be done in case of cancellation of the performance or any technical malfunctions occurring during the shooting. Refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made, excluding system fees.
Usage Rights: I reserve the right to use content for my portfolio and Instagram/ website. Any objection must be stated in the comment field during the order process.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Swiss Law. Place of jurisdiction is [Your City], Switzerland.
